It's important that you choose a good quality photo to create your personalised merchandise. This short guide will show you how.

1. Focus

Make sure that your photo has a good resolution, is sharp and in focus. With all important details visible.

2. Lighting

Even lighting across your pets features will achieve the best results. Avoid uneven areas of light and areas of shadow.

3. Positioning

If you can't see it, we can't print it. Make sure all details that you would like to appear on your personalised gifts are in shot.

4. Multiple Pets

For gifts featuring more than one pet, it's important that both animals are positioned close to each other, with no gaps in between.
